As the Executive Assistant, you will play a l role in providing strategic support to Leadership and the Corporate Office, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. Your contributions will extend to supporting department leaders across various functions, from administrative tasks to complex projects, all aimed at providing the highest quality support and freeing up leadership from administrative responsibilities.  The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work autonomously, effectively prioritizing their tasks and duties while conserving leadership time and attention by managing inbound and outbound communications, prioritizing and completing important administrative-oriented tasks. 

Requirements

 

  • Provide primary administrative support to assigned executives and senior leadership.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person visitors.  
  • Make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.
  • Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones and manage schedule demands issues
  • Meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills with ability to remain professional.
  • Use and learn new technology and software required in the course of business, including video conferencing platforms, Microsoft products, multi-phone lines, and various other office technologies and machines.
  •  Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive organizational and personnel information
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment while still completing independent work tasks/assignments
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Dependable and consistent attendance/punctuality.
  • Provide general office support, order supplies, maintain meeting rooms, stock kitchen.

 

Education / Experience

  • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of seven (5) years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or role with similar scope) (required)
