By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is defining the future of defense, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate our brand’s momentum through strategic partnerships & brand alliances. This is a net-new role, ideal for a self-starter who sees partnerships not just as a tactic, but as a lever for outsized impact.

ABOUT THE JOB

You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling external partnerships that elevate our brand in smart, unexpected ways. That could mean sports marketing partnerships, co-branded content with media or platform partners, strategic sponsorships, content licensing, or field activations. Part marketer, operator & dealmaker, the ideal candidate is one with experience crafting & executing programs that align with our brand, advance our mission, and drive real-world results.

You’re creative, sharp, organized, and naturally collaborative. You have a nose for great ideas, a strong POV, and the operational chops to turn vision into execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive end-to-end execution of Anduril’s marketing partnerships at the national & local level.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Product Marketing, Comms, & Business Development teams to ensure partnerships build the brand, drive the business and authentically integrate with the local community.
  • Evaluate future partnership opportunities both domestically & internationally.
  • Establish clear and compelling KPIs with streamlined reporting on the impact of each initiative.
  • Set an exceptional brand standard, ensuring all partnership executions align with Anduril’s tone, mission, and identity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Clear executor and operator with strong track record of developing creative, high-impact brand partnerships—with clear metrics and results.
  • Experience working with or negotiating media or brand collaborations, ideally in-house at a fast-moving, brand-driven company.
  • A builder mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and love launching new programs from scratch.
  • Strategic and executional range: you can zoom out to set vision and framework, then dive into day-to-day delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A design-sensitive eye and understanding of brand integrity across channels and partners.
  • Deep interest in technology, geopolitics, and national security; familiarity with defense is a plus but not required.
  • Mission-driven, humble, and energized by Anduril’s values and vision.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
