Our SEO department is on a mission to rebuild and grow organic traffic across 13+ language versions after a recent Core Update. We’re looking for a Content SEO Specialist with strong AI/automation skills to take ownership of the content direction and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

If you’re passionate about multilingual SEO, workflow automation, and pushing boundaries with AI, this role is for you.

Your daily activities as Content SEO Specialist (Multilingual Focus) will be:

• Reverse the post-Core Update decline by 30% in organic traffic within 6 months.
• Manage and expand the semantic core across 5 priority markets and 13+ locales.
• Improve keyword rankings and visibility through hands-on content strategy and internal linking.
• Coordinate with link-building agencies, review their output, and provide briefs based on content strategy.
• Collaborate with editorial team leads, copywriters, and product stakeholders to ensure timely, relevant, and high-quality SEO content.
• Analyze performance of published pages, test hypotheses, and iterate content strategy based on outcomes.

• n8n, Make
• Jira, Confluence

You are best for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in content-driven projects.

• Strong experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in content planning and execution.
• Proven success working on multilingual sites and collaborating with regional content teams.
• Strong communication skills — you’ll work with editors, developers, SEOs, and product teams.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in financial, investment, or CFD verticals.
• Experience building or managing AI agents for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with large-scale content publishing systems.
• Additional languages are a plus (especially ES, DE, FR).
