- Hourly $20-24 plus commission incentives.
- Average total annual earnings range from $90,000–$110,000, depending on performance.
- Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday!

The Role:
You will follow up with opportunities like leads not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals! We are looking for exceptional sales talent to help us achieve profitable revenue in our SALES department. You DO NOT have to be an HVAC or PLUMBING GURU. You do have to be a Salesperson.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential customers through research, inbound leads, and cold outreach.
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Present and sell and/or upsell company products or services to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technicians and customers.
- Follow up diligently on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to close sales efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques.
- Other job duties as assigned.
