Job Description:
The Project Administrator will be responsible for performing administration functions on public works civil construction projects; developing and maintaining project documentation for construction projects; utilizing computer software programs required for project management, spreadsheets, financial management, and word processing; utilizing contract management software to log and track issues, project contacts, meeting minutes, request for information, and submissions. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with project owners, construction management team, contractors, and the general public. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have strong data entry skills with proven accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project management files.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
- Develop and maintain project logs
- Develop and Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Accurately enter/maintain budgets in monthly reporting
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Print and prepare purchase orders for processing

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of Construction administrative experience or Construction office engineer experience
- Understanding and knowledge of construction management terms and nomenclature.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required. Intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced field office environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented and a team player
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
4LEAF anticipates paying $33.82 to $40.69 per hour commensurate with experience and skill set.
