Who We're Looking For:
- An experienced agent with a Maryland Real Estate License and a strong track record of success in buyer representation (ideally contributing to a $1M-$6M+ team or individual GCI).
- Deep understanding of the local buyer market and negotiation expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for client management.
- A motivated and organized professional dedicated to providing outstanding service.
Your Responsibilities as a Buyer's Specialist:
- Respond to and convert buyer inquiries and leads.
- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand needs and preferences.
- Identify and show suitable properties to qualified buyers.
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
- Guide buyers through the entire home purchasing process, from contract to close.
- Stay updated on market inventory and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or in a similar role with strong sales results.
- Familiarity with the Maryland real estate market, particularly Carroll County and surrounding areas (for Westminster focus).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.

- Job Type: Full-time, Contract
- Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($80,000 - $150,000 + potential, commensurate with $1M-$6M+ production) - Non-Salaried
