What We're Looking For (The Established Producer Seeking Leverage):

  • You have 2+ years of active experience in residential real estate with a consistent annual sales volume of $1 million - $6 million (or a strong drive to reach this level).
  • You are a professional, driven, and growth-minded individual with a solid foundation in real estate sales.
  • You are tech-adaptable and eager to leverage tools that make you more efficient.
  • You value a collaborative environment but are self-sufficient in your core sales activities.
  • You operate with integrity and are deeply committed to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively nurture and expand your client base.
  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Leverage VYBE Realty’s technology and support to manage and grow your business.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends, conditions, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Maryland Real Estate License.
  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales (ideally $1M-$6M annual volume).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other real estate technologies.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract (Independent Contractor)
  • Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($80,000 - $150,000 + potential, commensurate with $1M-$6M+ production) - Non-Salaried
