Team

The Legal team at Voodoo plays a key role in supporting the company’s performance and growth. It is part of our Corporate division, which includes HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, M&A, and Legal. Together, we drive Voodoo’s global ambitions while keeping people at the core of everything we do.

Within Legal, the Commercial Legal Team partners daily with business stakeholders to secure deals and help operational teams move fast while staying compliant. We work hand in hand with Publishing, Marketing, User Acquisition, Monetization, and Product teams.

Role

We are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join our Commercial Legal Team on a permanent basis.

You will act as a key point of contact for the processing of all legal and contractual requests coming from operational teams, including publishing contracts, freelancer agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and KYC documentation. 

You will handle a wide range of contractual and operational legal matters, under the supervision of experienced Legal Counsels, while taking ownership of your scope.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing legal requests from operational teams (Publishing, Marketing, Product, etc.)

• Handling contract workflows (drafting standard documents, coordinating approvals, managing signature, archiving, follow-up, reminders, etc.)

• Supporting the collection and validation of KYC documentation for our partners

• Participating in calls and negotiations with partners alongside Legal Counsels

• Helping improve internal legal tools, workflows, and knowledge base

This role is ideal for a junior profile who combines legal rigor with operational agility, and who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced international tech environment.

Profile

• Degree in Law or Legal Studies (Licence, Master 1/2, or equivalent)

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

• Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and common sense

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Positive, collaborative mindset with a good sense of humor

• First experience or internship in a law firm or in-house legal department (ideally in business law or tech/start-up environment) is a plus

• Bonus: experience with Tomorro (our contract management tool)
