What You’ll Do
  • Shape Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals
  • Set Goals & Track KPIs: Define, monitor, and achieve clear recruitment goals and KPIs to ensure our strategies are driving measurable success
  • Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, geographically diverse recruitment team that delivers exceptional candidate experiences
  • Partner & Collaborate: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to forecast hiring needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Innovate Recruiting: Leverage the latest digital tools, sourcing strategies, and data analytics to optimize our recruitment processes


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: You bring 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including a proven record of scaling global teams in a major tech company or a successful startup
  • Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with analytics and metrics, using data to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment outcomes
  • Innovation: You thrive on creativity and are always looking for new ways to streamline processes and engage top talent
  • Inspirational Leader: Your excellent mentoring and leadership skills empower teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Culturally Savvy: You understand and embrace the challenges and opportunities of recruiting in a global, multicultural environment

$150,000 - $250,000 a year
The approximate compensation range for this role in New York, NY includes base salary, a virtual stock option plan (VSOP), and any related bonuses or commissions. Factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications will determine the final compensation for this role.
