Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and inquisitive Solution Product Marketing Analyst to join our Value Added Services Marketing team. In this role, you will be encouraged to think like a journalist—peeling back the onion to uncover insights and asking the questions that others might overlook. Your ability to put yourself in the shoes of both sellers and buyers will be instrumental in creating compelling mid-funnel marketing materials. Your strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills will support our solution selling efforts and enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Research: Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of Visa’s products and services and their value propositions, assisting the team in crafting compelling marketing narratives.
Sales Pitch and Presentation Development: Create compelling, high-quality sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate Visa’s value propositions for our Value Added Services.
Tear Sheet Creation: Design informative tear sheets that offer concise and relevant information about products and services.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate on targeted, personalized marketing efforts to enhance client engagement through strategic ABM initiatives.
Sales Material Development: Build robust marketing materials, including presentations, demos, and one-pagers, to support the sales team.
Storytelling and Writing: Utilize strong writing and storytelling skills to develop engaging and informative marketing materials, including presentations, demos, and one-pagers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other teams to gather insights and ensure marketing materials align with product strategies and customer needs.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials, maintaining high standards of quality and alignment with brand messaging.
Innovation Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and approaches to enhance marketing strategies and collateral.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to deadlines.
Growth Mindset: Life-long learner who continually stretches themselves to learn more and test their boundaries in risk, payments, and product knowledge. Comfortable with change and ambiguity, and willing to actively pursue answers or ask questions to understand more.
Go-To-Market Collaboration: Assist in planning GTM strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement, preferably in financial services, banking, or FinTech.
- Proven experience in creating effective sales pitches and sales materials.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling sales narratives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry ecosystem.
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for understanding products and driving marketing success.
- A curious mindset, not afraid to ask questions and dig deeper to uncover insights.
- Ability to empathize with both sellers and buyers to create relevant and impactful marketing materials.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 84,600.00 to 119,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
