We are actively seeking a qualified Rehash Representative to help grow our inside sales team.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic, and someone that takes great pride in their work! The ideal candidate must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets.

• Develop meaningful relationships with our customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Set appointments with customers for management to revisit their project proposal
• Understand the product or service to address customer questions and concerns
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Desire to develop sales skills to increase sales success rates

• Ambitious individual
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in customer service, or sales related field preferred
• CRM, phone system, and related sales technology software experience preferred
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
