Enterprise Performance Management – Senior Manager

Role Summary

As an EPM Senior Manager in the CFO Office team, you will lead the design and delivery of FP&A and commercial finance solutions—from process and data model redesign to EPM tool selection and implementation. You'll work closely with finance leaders to enable data-driven decision-making, overseeing all phases of client engagements. This hands-on, client-facing role offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact consultancy in a fast-growing start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM transformation programmes – from scoping to execution.

• Advise clients on the design of future-state planning, forecasting and reporting processes.

• Translate business requirements into data models, reporting hierarchies and KPIs.

• Ensure data integration across ERP, HR, CRM and other systems.

• Define the information architecture to support financial and operational planning.

• Oversee the selection and implementation of EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Onestream, Tagetik, Board, SAC and PowerBI).

• Engage with senior finance stakeholders to align business goals with technical solutions.

• Develop and mentor project teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in EPM

• Build thought leadership in EPM trends, methods and tools.

• Support and lead proposal writing, pitch presentation and solutioning for new work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation and EPM consulting.

• Proven track record in client delivery and business development.

• Experience leading complex EPM transformation programmes (design and implementation).

• Hands-on experience with multiple EPM tools across selection and implementation phases.

• Strong understanding of leading practice finance data and information architecture.

• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead cross-functional delivery teams.

• Finance/Accounting qualification including ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
