Position Overview

We are seeking a service-oriented Financial Advisor Assistant / Appointment Scheduler to support our agents during field visits and help organize a wide range of appointments for our growing customer base. This is an in-office, outbound calling role (no cold calling) based at our Bradenton office. You will collaborate closely with financial advisors and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule appointments for financial advisors using our expanding client base
  • Make outbound calls to existing leads to confirm, reschedule, or set appointments—no cold calling
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors during field visits
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and client communications
  • Build rapport with clients and deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Handle objections and overcome them using training tools and provided scripts
  • Collaborate with the advisor team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Work with Windows-based programs and maintain attention to detail in all documentation
  • Meet deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office

Requirements

  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and articulate communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping, or agent sales support preferred
  • Ability to handle objections effectively with provided training
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Familiarity with Windows-based programs
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Skilled at building client rapport
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay plus commission
  • W-2 compensation, paid weekly
