National Sales Manager - Inside Sales
Location: On-Site – Peachtree Corners, GA
Compensation: Base $55,000 + Guaranteed Commission = $85,000–$90,000 in Year 1

About the Role
Our client, a growing national player in the waste management and logistics space, is hiring
two to three new sales professionals to join their inside sales team. This is a full-time, in-
office role (8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday) focused on outbound sales, prospecting, and closing
new business across the U.S.
If you’re tired of fluff roles with vague goals and no earning upside, this isn’t that.

What You’ll Be Doing
● Cold call, prospect, and close new business nationally using ZoomInfo, Construct
Connect, and PlanHub
● Build a pipeline and manage a long sales cycle (typical deals take 6+ months to mature)
● Work closely with leadership to hit targets and grow revenue
● Follow a proven onboarding path that includes dedicated training and hands-on
development
● Operate in a fast-paced, tight-knit sales team with strong support

What You’ll Get
● $55,000 base salary
● Guaranteed $2,000/month commission for your first 6 months
● 10% commission on profit from your deals
● First-year total compensation: $85,000–$90,000

What We’re Looking For

● 1–3 years of sales experience (industry experience not required)
● Comfortable with cold calling and building a book of business from the ground up
● Confident communicator, self-starter, and eager to learn
● Must be comfortable working on-site full-time in Peachtree Corners, GA
