Your mission
As a member of the product marketing team at UiPath, you will partake in the creation of the new agentic automation category. Here, your technical expertise and your experience in technical and/or automation content creation will be guiding forces in crafting content strategies, go-to-market plans and other artifacts that resonate with our more technical personas, paving the way for a future solidified in secured and trusted agentic automation.
The successful candidate is a self-starter, passionate about core content creation, technical on automation’s and AI’s intricacies, and has proven experience in coordinating globally-relevant and high quality messaging and positioning. You will work in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with multiple teams to define strategies and content (internal and external) across all stages of the customer funnel, and through different marketing channels. You will be proactive, programmatic, data-driven, optimize for what drives successful initiatives and customer deal closing, and continuously refine the impact of your content marketing plans.
What you'll do at UiPath
Content: Produce thought leadership and horizontal platform materials in the form of customer-facing-decks, web pages, blogs, white papers, eBooks, videos, and other go-to-market collateral.
Segmentation: Conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis and assess the market landscape to identify ideal B2B customer segments, and design forward-thinking approaches for each segment.
Persona understanding: identify the best buyer and user personas and be able to position UiPath’s offering accordingly.
Storytelling: Craft UiPath's positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings.
Sales Enablement: Function as a bridge between product and sales to simplify product features into tangible customer benefits. Develop enablement assets and training materials including sales plays, battle cards, demo training videos, and playbooks.
Evangelize: Attend relevant events and meet-ups representing UiPath as the face of emerging and advanced technologies.
Collaborate: Develop relationships with customers to determine key use cases and document customer success stories.
What you'll bring to the team
Education in business, engineering or other related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years B2B marketing, consulting or product development experience; ideally in technical product marketing roles or similar.
Technical knowledge of RPA, GenAI, agentic AI, automation.
Native English speaker (or, alternatively, very strong command of)
Strong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas at different stages in the customer buying journey.
Ability to create compelling sales collateral and provide constructive feedback to improve content across the team.
Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across an organization including demand generation, sales, channels, partners, and product management / engineering.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Ability to navigate emerging and advanced technology trends.
