Tech Ops Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Operations Analyst to support a mission-critical regulatory platform focused on Best Execution analysis and SEC Rule 605/606 reporting, built on the Palantir Foundry platform. This role bridges the gap between compliance, engineering, and data operations—ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and timely regulatory output.

• Maintain and monitor daily workflows in Palantir Foundry for best execution analytics and Rule 605/606 compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues, system alerts, and runtime failures in real-time.
• Collaborate with data engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Perform routine system validations and reconciliations across market data, order flow, and execution reports.
• Support the onboarding of new data sources and regulatory rule changes into the operational pipeline.
• Document operational processes, runbooks, and exception handling procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in system automation, monitoring, and scalability.

• Familiarity with U.S. equities market structure, Rule 605/606 requirements, and best execution principles.
• Experience working with Palantir Foundry, including data pipelines, operational layer (ORC), and action workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL; scripting experience in Python or similar a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Configure long term storage of files
• Configure authentication and security protocols for data protection
• Familiar with Ansible and Artifactory for infrastructure as code

• Performing the above tasks may require some scripting, likely in python
• Other development outside the Palantir platform (file processing, FIX decoding)
