Job Description
The Multimedia Designer plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Department and senior leadership by developing visually engaging designs that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals. This role requires a creative and detail-focused professional who transforms marketing objectives into compelling visual content for both static and video presentation across a range of social media platforms and corporate communications. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, the Multimedia Designer collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful design outcomes.
- Perform high-quality and professional video editing.
- Create engaging motion graphics that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video content for various platforms.
- Participate in the planning and execution of video production projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development of static designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall brand image.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 + years of professional graphic design & Video Editing & production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills is required across commercial industries and project.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing and motion graphics work.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and how design enhances marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of 3D design principles and experience with 3D design software is a plus.
