Job Description
Are you ready to make a significant impact with Turner & Townsend? We are looking to connect with Senior or Lead Project Planners to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. In this role, you will oversee the planning and scheduling functions for complex, multi-disciplinary projects across South Australia, ensuring excellence and innovation in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Task Completion: Accurate and timely completion of tasks required.
- Database Maintenance: Maintaining schedule and benchmark databases as required.
- Team Development: Establish and develop planning team.
- Baseline Schedules: Lead the development of project baseline schedules.
- Schedule Maintenance: Maintain and manage project schedules throughout delivery lifecycle.
- Schedule Assurance: Undertake schedule assurance reviews.

Qualifications
To be successful in your application, we are looking for those who meet the following:
- Location: Based in, or willing to domestically relocate to, Adelaide.
- Working Rights: Full Australian working rights.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in planning, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 (preferred) and Microsoft Project.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of written & spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills.
- Motivation: Highly motivated, detail-orientated, and driven with a passion for delivering to clients.
- Proactivity: Proactive and adaptable, capable of identifying potential issues early and addressing them.
- Analytical Thinking: Analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
