Job Description
- Engage with Clients: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while handling inbound and outbound calls to discuss Florida Blue health insurance plans, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
- Empower Clients: Clearly explain health insurance benefits, options, and enrollment processes, helping clients feel confident in their choices.
- Personalize Solutions: Listen closely to understand each client’s unique needs and recommend tailored Florida Blue plans that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Build Lasting Connections: Use your friendly, cooperative approach to foster trust and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay Organized: Diligently track leads, follow up promptly, and keep accurate records in our CRM systems to never miss an opportunity.
- Stay Ahead: Stay informed on Florida Blue products, industry trends, and best practices to provide top-notch guidance.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Florida state insurance regulations, federal guidelines, Florida Blue standards, and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the health insurance industry.
• Licensing: Valid Florida Health & Life Insurance License required; Continuing Education (CEs) must be up to date.
• Skills:
o Exceptional verbal communication to explain complex information with ease.
o Natural ability to build rapport and offer personalized solutions.
o Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems.
o Self-motivated with a drive to achieve high performance.
o Thrives in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
o Flexible and adaptive to meet client needs and feedback.
• Attributes:
o Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
o Team player with a collaborative, positive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of experience with ACA and Medicare plans.
• 1+ years of outbound dialing experience.

Work Environment
- Location: Join us at our vibrant office in Boca Raton, Florida.
- Schedule: Full-time role with flexibility for evening or weekend shifts, especially during open enrollment seasons.
- Tools: Equipped with state-of-the-art call center software, CRM systems, and access to Florida Blue’s comprehensive product resources and training.
