We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our fast-paced real estate marketing team! This role combines strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for brand consistency and a solid understanding of digital platforms—from print collateral to video editing and website support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and Branding:
    • Create and maintain cohesive branding across all materials
    • Design logos, submarks, and variations
    • Develop brand guidelines and ensure style consistency
    • Design business cards, email signatures, brochures, flyers, booklets, and infographics
    • Create professional Canva templates
    • Design app icons and favicons
  • Web & Digital:
    • Design and update WordPress website pages
    • Apply SEO best practices to website content/layout
    • Design newsletters with effective visual content structure
    • Design pitch decks and presentations
    • Update Google My Business profiles as needed
    • Create ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms
  • Social Media & Advertising:
    • Design social media graphics (static and animated)
    • Edit and design Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
    • Create ad creatives for campaigns (images and short videos)
    • Support post scheduling and coordination
  • Video and Motion
    • Edit and trim short-form and long-form video content
    • Add motion graphics and transitions
    • Repurpose video content for multiple channels (e.g., reels, shorts, stories)
  • Systems & Tech:
    • Provide light support for internal CRM or marketing platforms
    • Follow structured workflows and task tracking systems
    • Prioritize multiple design and marketing requests efficiently

    • 2+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design (real estate experience a plus)
    • Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software
    • Experience with WordPress, SEO, and newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
    • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google My Business
    • Strong understanding of social media content trends and formats
    • Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines across multiple tasks
    • Please submit a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant design work (social media, branding, web, and video/motion projects).

Additional Requirements

    • Can commit to work for 40 hr work week 
    • Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday
    • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
    • Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.

    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).

    • Monthly salary of $850.
