A boutique brand strategy studio working with purpose-driven clients is hiring an Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting operations by managing administrative tasks, handling fine details, and utilizing Excel proficiency to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with various teams and departments, providing essential support to help maintain smooth and streamlined operations.

- Utilize Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, manage data entry, and generate reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations or reports as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized filing system.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with moderate to advanced skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism are required when handling sensitive information.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
