Job Title: Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Salary: $80K - $120K

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in engaging, nurturing, and retaining users throughout the customer journey. This role will own the planning, execution, and optimization of email and lifecycle campaigns, driving measurable impact on user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation) across email, push, and in-app messaging.

-Own the email marketing calendar—segmentation, testing, creative briefs, deployment, and performance tracking.

-Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams to create relevant, personalized, and timely communications that align with business goals.

-Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and LTV.

-Build and manage user segmentation strategies using behavioral and demographic data.

-A/B test subject lines, send times, creative, and content to continuously improve performance.

-Monitor email deliverability, hygiene, and compliance with industry best practices and regulations.

-Report on performance and key insights regularly to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in email marketing and/or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2C or app-based environment.

-Hands-on experience with CRM, CEP and ESP tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.).

-Strong analytical skills with experience working with customer data and performance metrics.

-Proven success in driving growth and retention through lifecycle strategies.

-Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavior-based triggers.

-Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

-Experience in mobile-first environments or industries like media, e-commerce, or subscription services.

-Experience with marketing automation, event-based messaging, and personalization strategies.

-Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
