We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and user-obsessed Head of Product – Growth & Data to lead and scale our growth product initiatives. This role will oversee product-led growth strategies and data infrastructure that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will work at the intersection of content, sales, data, marketing, and engineering, ensuring our products continuously evolve to meet growth and performance goals. This leader will be directly accountable for building tools, platforms, and features to improve user acquisition, retention, content discovery, and monetization and will lead a cross-functional team to develop and drive the growth and data product portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, content, and audience.
Who you are
You’re a data-informed product leader who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive on solving complex growth challenges and scaling successful products. You have a strong experimentation mindset, love working with analytics, and are fluent in metrics that matter (CAC, LTV, churn, retention, activation, etc.). You're both creative and structured—capable of generating bold product ideas while driving measurable results. You believe data is a product in itself and should be accessible, accurate, and actionable across the business. You’re a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to align teams and influence stakeholders at every level. You enjoy mentoring and building high-performing product teams, empowering them with purpose, autonomy, and data. You are an expert in modern marketing and growth tech stacks – including but not limited to Consumer Data Platforms, CRMs, Consumer Engagement Platforms, MMPs, and data visualization tools.
You have passion for serving local communities – and are deeply motivated to serve our consumers with elegant, intuitive, and helpful tools that will drive deep habituation, engagement and top line value.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Product Leadership
- Own and develop the product-led growth strategy, with a focus on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Design and run growth experimentation framework across the product experience to drive key business KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering to identify and scale high-impact growth opportunities.
Data Infrastructure & Growth Products
- Lead the development of scalable data infrastructure and tools to empower product and business teams.
- Lead the development of growth tools (off the shelf and homegrown) to support business targets across the funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with data engineering and analytics to ensure access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making across product and growth teams.
- Define and maintain core product metrics (e.g. LTV, CAC, retention, funnel conversion rates, etc.)
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a team focused on growth and data excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership on growth forecasting, planning, technology investments, and strategy.
- Foster a collaborative environment where product, data, engineering, sales, and marketing work in lockstep.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in growth-focused roles.
- Strong track record of leading successful growth initiatives at B2B, B2C, or SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of data platforms, modern marketing technology stack, and experimentation frameworks.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and SQL to generate insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
