Job Description

As a Product Specialist at Tamatem, you’ll work closely with the Product Manager to turn strategy into execution. While the Product Manager sets direction and goals, your role is to drive day-to-day delivery by aligning teams, organizing plans, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across releases, feature rollouts, and game operations.

You’ll play a central role in coordinating cross-functional execution with our development partner, while also supporting live game improvements, release processes, and in-depth analysis of features and player behavior.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the Product Manager to drive quarterly OKRs, especially focused on improving retention and monetization.
  • Coordinate all go-to-market (GTM) tasks for new features and releases — including changelogs, app store updates, release rollout, and internal communication.
  • Support the setup and management of in-game promotions, LiveOps events, and store bundles.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts by gathering, organizing, and escalating structured player feedback across channels (support, community, chat stickies). Use this feedback to surface recurring pain points, identify opportunities, and help inform product and feature priorities.t
  • Collaborate with support and community teams to improve the feedback loop: track issues via Jira or internal systems, follow up on investigations, and present clear VOC reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the support and community teams to gather user insights, investigate player pain points, and translate findings into action items for the product team.
  • Analyze game performance, feature impact, and monetization trends; support in preparing reports and presentations for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular competitor and market research to benchmark features and pricing strategies.
  • Help design internal workflows for release operations, Jira requests, asset management, and QA processes.
  • Propose AI-driven solutions and automation ideas to improve team efficiency and time-to-launch.
  • Set up and manage tracking sheets for in-game assets, item store pricing, and campaign timelines.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Gaming, Development, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in product operations, game production, or project coordination—preferably in mobile gaming or a tech startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills; you're someone who gets things done.
  • High attention to detail, with a knack for spotting gaps and following up.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, QA, product, design, and analytics teams.
  • Familiarity with mobile game KPIs and the ability to extract insights from dashboards or reports.
  • Bonus: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets; understanding of game monetization systems.
