Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting. They will initiate and drive the hiring process for T5 which includes mission critical electrical and mechanical positions as well as corporate/ back office, construction, safety, and other positions. This role is responsible for all facets of creating and advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and driving the remainder of the hiring process to a decision. This position will work with HR and business leaders on all aspects of the onboarding process. This position will work with all levels of the organization and all data centers across the T5 portfolio.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions and job postings for all openings
- Communicate with T5 leadership and determine the recruiting needs, means and methods for each position to include, posting all job openings via both internal and external job boards and other sourcing sites, as identified
- Review and evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements
- Communicate with candidates and the internal hiring team to organize and schedule all interviews, conduct follow-up calls / emails, and respond to inquiries from candidates
- Conduct screening and HR interviews, as needed, as part of the hiring process
- Organize and drive the hiring process to completion
- Create and extend candidate offers in conjunction with the hiring team
- Support T5 corporate and facility-level leadership on all aspects of the hiring and onboarding process
- Support T5 with any other work related to staffing, hiring, and onboarding of new customers and related facilities teams
- Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management
Additional Information
Education or Equivalent Experience:
College degree, preferred
2-4+ years’ experience recruiting for technical mission critical positions, required
Prior military or technical school training, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills required for working effectively with VPs, Directors, CFMs, team members, and candidates, required
Strong technical proficiency of electrical / mechanical positions and equipment to support the review of candidate resumes and interviewing, required
Hands-on experience with and knowledge of both manual hiring processes and hiring processes driven by Applicant Tracking Systems, required
Experience writing and editing job descriptions and job postings, required
Experience advertising or posting positions to external job sites, social media, and other networking / professional groups, required
Above average problem-solving and analysis skills for evaluating a situation, identifying solutions, and working with leadership and teammates to resolve, required
Able to function effectively and maintain focus in high-pressure situations, required
Has high degree of attention to detail and completes tasks on time, required
Able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and volunteer readily when asked, required
Able to handle changing needs and priorities accurately and professionally, required
Has a “can-do” customer service attitude who is conscientious and takes personal pride in their work, required
