We're on the lookout for a Senior Operations Manager who’s passionate about strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and empowering high-performing tech sales teams. What You’ll Do:
- Drive performance and elevate service delivery to meet client and customer expectations
- Develop effective strategies through data insights and operational expertise
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep pace with updates and initiatives
- Lead and inspire teams through structured coaching, training, and development
- Champion compliance and operational excellence across all touchpoints
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- 6+ years of experience in BPO/Tech Sales, including 2-3 years in leadership roles
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules
Additional Information
Internal Qualifications:
- Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
- Tenure of at least 18 months
- No Active DA
- With proven Tech Sales Leadership Experience
- Willing to work onsite in Clark
