What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong client relationships and clear communication
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, across various levels of the organization
  • Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Handle escalations effectively and proactively resolve issues
  • Drive a positive customer experience

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account and project management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Oracle or Lectra Centrix
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
