Job Description

The Digital Campaign and Event Lead is responsible for the full-scale management of small to large scale customer experience events liaising with sales and Prevost Market Subject Matter Experts to execute a customer-centric experience and lead funneling/management.

This position possesses a deep understanding of the cradle-to-grave client relationship management across the customer journey, digitally and experiential.

The Digital Campaign and Event Lead nurtures business growth opportunities from digital prospection and event promotion transitioning through event execution and follow-up nourishment, working closely with business unit subject matter experts.

  • The job function segmentation is roughly:
  • 30% digital prospecting and promotion
  • 30% event execution
  • 30% digital follow-up and nourishment
  • 10% misc marketing activities

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Assume total responsibility and ownership in leading the planning and execution of all assigned events, at any scale. Ownership of Promotions, Event Lead Collection and Funnel Channel execution, and collaboration with sales in digital lead nourishment/journey.
  2. Manage event budget, invoicing, schedules of payments and cost savings report; oversee overall program agenda, event project plan/timeline, ensuring communication across all internal and external teams.
  3. Manage internal teams/external vendors, including Warehouse Inventory Management, Demo Display Logistics, Audio Visual, Production, IT/Internet, Photographer/Videography, Printer, Security, Shipping, Translation, Transportation.
  4. Develop retail displays, customer signage and sales kits.
  5. Coordinate content, graphic development, and production of all program collateral (i.e. digital/email promotions, agenda, conference guide, program of events, etc.) and signage.
  6. Manage and present final billing, lead collection data, and strategic event execution success metrics to global leadership.
  7. Cooperate with the French marketing & communication team
  8. Coordination with USA sales team (forwarding contact requests to sales team, manage CRM
  9. requests for sales team (entering literature, goodies, samples orders)

 

Required Travel: This position requires travel up to 10%

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Focus and experience in an agency or international corporate environment a plus.
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing, event/tradeshow management scope, and ability to lead promotion, planning, and follow-up process in collaboration with sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation, budget management, and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing million-dollar budgets.
