Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for two Product Marketing Managers to join our team and contribute to the development of our annual plans, including; marketing objectives, goals, audience, product knowledge, content plan, and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- From a product perspective, translate business context, customer insights, market and competitor intelligence into marketing opportunities.
- Own the product marketing strategy (what and when) for the acquisition and engagement of customers.
- Write marketing briefs for individual product launches, new propositions and campaigns, aligned with the Annual Plan.
- Go-to knowledge for how to talk about products to our customers via the product fact sheet. Define the positioning and messaging hierarchy for a product set.
- Work with compliance to understand regulation and provide guidance to the Marketing team.
- Act as the conduit between Marketing and the Product/Commercial/Engineering teams.
- Own the marketing performance for product uptake and usage. Contribute to regular reporting outputs.
- Clear strategic thinker. Be able to identify opportunities that will deliver against business/consumer objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - to be able to articulate product and marketing strategies in a compelling and succinct way.
- Collaboration is essential. You’ll be part of a wider team and work closely with brand, channel owners, product, compliance, legal and external partners to bring product marketing activity to life and achieve results.
- Working at pace in an agile environment, to adapt to business priorities and the rate of product developments.
- Champion new ideas to drive growth, engagement and achieve profitability. Be curious and open minded, looking for ways to continually improve our approach to product marketing.
