Rexburg Standard Journal is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Agent to join our team. You will engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to assist with their questions, account issues, and subscriptions. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, subscriptions, and account-related issues.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving service-related problems efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
- Educate customers on available services and features to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
