Summary: SPS is seeking a Regional Client Services Manager (RCSM) to lead customer service operations across a defined geographical territory. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will be responsible for managing service delivery teams across multiple client locations, ensuring all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. As a trusted operational leader, you will serve as the key liaison between SPS and our clients, helping to build strong partnerships, drive team performance, and uphold the exceptional standards SPS is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Lead service operations across multiple client sites within your assigned region.
- Ensure consistent delivery against all client SLAs and performance metrics.
- Manage and develop a diverse, multi-level team of site leaders and support staff.
- Partner closely with clients and internal leadership to solve issues and implement improvements.
- Track key metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to business reviews.
- Oversee regional budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and HR standards.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or client services management.
- Prior multi-site leadership experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including C-suite engagement.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of SLAs, KPIs, budget management, and service delivery excellence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
