Job Description
This project aims to consolidate multiple systems currently used for reporting incidents related to Health & Safety, Security, Quality, and Environment (excluding nuclear). The goal is to transition to a single, integrated platform that enhances operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and supports broader sustainability efforts.
The Intelex system, partially deployed since 2016, is now due for an upgrade. This role involves managing the system's update to the latest version and ensuring its successful implementation across the organization.
Assignment Scope
The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Owner and relevant stakeholders, focusing on the following responsibilities:
Support in setting up a pilot deployment of Intelex for a selected business unit
Assist in requirements gathering, mapping, and validation
Oversee and contribute to the implementation of the upgraded Intelex platform
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Agile project methodologies
Report progress, manage risks, and support change management processes as needed
Occasional travel to Stockholm, Berlin, and Amsterdam is required for workshops and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing or implementing Intelex systems
Strong project management capabilities with familiarity in Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Swedish
Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as per project needs
Higher education in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., IT, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Project Management)
