Job Description
Own the Skimmer Public API
Manage reliability and cost of the existing REST public API
Add new end points and enhance existing API
Own integration with tools like Zapier or other generic integration engines
Manage web hooks for reliability and scalability
Own Third Party Integrations
Architect and manage integrations with 3rd party tools like accounting systems, purchasing partners, etc
Select middleware products that balance speed to market with cost and performance
Respond to escalations from support where appropriate
Work with product management partners on strategies for integration and selecting partners
Support Integration Projects
Work with other development teams to execute projects where the integration has implications for existing systems
In some cases, your team will modify the existing systems and in some cases you will partner with other teams

What Performance Looks Like:
Within 1 month you will develop a technical architecture for the first integration
Within 1 month you will identify the right tools needed to be successful
Within 3 months you will manage the successful implementation of your first partner
Your Experience:
Experience in API integration, ideally with a background in vertical SaaS
Proven expertise in middleware tools
Outstanding ability to lead your team
Be a highly effective C# developer
Proficiency in working with product management to deliver integrations fast that customers love..
High emotional intelligence (EQ).
Experience with tools such as Zuplo, Azure API Manager, Mulesoft, Zapier, Tray.io or other integration tools.
