Job Description

Design and develop integrated graphics and visual effects assets for PC, console, or virtual reality video games; create and maintain detailed design documents with technical specifications to achieve a desired game “look” and gameplay experience. Write well-structured code and perform multi-threaded programming in C/C++ in Unity and Unreal Engine for core game features. Conduct design reviews and collaborate with software developers and rendering engineers to ensure coded solutions adhere to project standards and internal best practices; debug and test graphics code and new game interfaces, features, tools, and infrastructure in interactive development environments; implement and maintain video games graphics pipelines and features. Develop graphical effects, physics simulations, and user interfaces for supporting software services; and perform profiling and performance tuning on graphics code.

Master’s degree in Game Engineering, Entertainment Arts & Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Engineer, or a related role in graphics software development.

Experience must include: Unreal or Unity game engines; DirectX12 and Vulkan graphics APIs; Visual Studio; Perforce and Git version control; C++ and C programming; and RenderDoc and Winpix graphics debugging and performance tuning.
