About the Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of field representatives and digital marketers. Your mission: to create and execute an integrated marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives revenue, and positions SERVPRO as the #1 restoration company across our Eastern Pennsylvania territories—from Lehigh Valley to Scranton.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of field marketing representatives and digital content creators
Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across multiple platforms and service areas
Drive local branding initiatives by coordinating in-person outreach, community events, and business development efforts
Oversee the execution of social media, email campaigns, and content calendars, ensuring alignment with seasonal services and campaigns
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and refine our regional brand message
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI, KPIs, and emerging trends
Recruit, train, and build a high-performing marketing team with a shared vision of success

Qualifications:
5+ years in marketing, branding, or business development roles (agency or in-house)
2+ years in a leadership or team management role
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems
Prior experience in the restoration, construction, or service industry is a big plus
Ability to travel within Eastern PA (company vehicle provided)
