Brand Manager (VA Claims Insider)
Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $90,000-97,000
Reports to: Director of Brand Strategy
The Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives developed through communicating with company executives and marketing personnel. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and creating campaigns that reinforce the organization’s overall branding and desired image through an omnichannel strategy. Responsible for researching industry trends and understanding public perceptions.
What you will do:
Develops custom marketing and advertising strategies
Manages relationships with outside agencies (consumer research, creative, brand strategy)
Works closely with Content, Social, Email, & Video functional leaders
Creates and manages campaigns that attract the target audience and drive conversion
Reviews and approves creative & social content to ensure brand consistency
Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights
Shapes and communicates our vision and mission
Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Actively monitors market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversees new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
Devises innovative growth strategies
Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Other projects and duties as assigned
What you will bring:
Exceptional ability to deliver concise, incisive, logical written documents and has the presence to deliver recommendations effectively to demanding audiences

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years’ experience in a Brand Manager role
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Must have a home office space with high-speed, reliable internet
