Position: PACE Medical Director
Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions, to PACE program participants.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
- Collaborate with community physicians and providers to coordinate care.
- Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor utilization management trends and implement strategies for optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications:
