Position: PACE Medical Director

Location: Los Angeles County, CA

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions, to PACE program participants.
  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with community physicians and providers to coordinate care.
  • Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor utilization management trends and implement strategies for optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications:
