Staff Frontend Engineer

About the Role

We're Roger Healthcare (www.rogerhealthcare.com), building AI-powered clinical documentation for home-based healthcare. We give overworked clinicians their evenings and weekends back and raise the standard of elder care.

We’re off to industry-leading growth, are backed by world-class investors, constantly shipping new products, and are looking for a talented Staff Frontend Engineer to lead development of web & mobile interfaces.

What You'll Do

• Ship complex, 0-1 products and features using React and React Native

• Ensure frontend performance and accessibility across our applications

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development

• Own frontend-side technical architecture and drive code quality improvements

• Build services that interface with LLMs and other AI models

• Be primarily an IC day-to-day rather than a manager

• Collaborate with other senior engineers and mentor junior engineers

• Working knowledge of Python backends preferred
