Roers Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Support Specialist (PSS) In Plymouth, MN to support day-to-day operational tasks across our residential property portfolio. Availability to work at property sites in Minneapolis area from time-to-time for move-in days.

Responsibilities
As a Product Support Specialist you will ensure smooth back-office processes and administrative efficiency while reinforcing the success of our on-site teams.
- Lease Administration: Manage the lease renewal process and ensure timely completion and documentation.
- Delinquency Management: Track and communicate with delinquent residents; prepare and send notices.
- Document Preparation: Generate and maintain legal notices, memos, and resident communications.
- Accounts Payable & Deposit Accounting: Process invoices and security deposit refunds/charges accurately and in compliance with company policy.
- Eviction Support: Prepare and file eviction documents; liaise with legal teams and Property Managers.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure records are accurate, organized, and compliant with legal and company standards.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on renewals, delinquencies, financials, and occupancy metrics.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to Property Managers and support internal team communication.
- Customer Service: Assist with resident inquiries and provide top-tier service in alignment with our mission.
- Occasional On-Site Support: Attend property visits as needed to support training, inspections, or major transitions.
- Job duties may vary or be added as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Yardi preferred experience.
- CRM system experience preferred.
- 1+ years’ leasing or Assistant Property Manager experience.
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, knowledge of internet, email and social media as it pertains to marketing the property.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Experience with marketing and leasing initiatives for new development preferred (for lease up).
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing needs and property performance.

- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including up to 4 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, show apartment and drive a vehicle to visit area businesses for outreach marketing.

Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.

Pay Range:
$45,800 up to midpoint of $60,320
