Job Description

We are seeking the C-Level Headhunter (Executive Talent Partner) with successful experience in iGaming to:

  • Lead end-to-end Executive Search processes for C-level and other critical leadership roles
  • Develop and execute long-term hiring strategies aligned with business goals and leadership needs
  • Build and maintain deep talent pipelines of high-impact leaders — even before we open a role
  • Engage directly with C-level candidates as a trusted advisor, from first intro to offer and beyond
  • Continuously map the market and keep tabs on key players, talent movements, and industry shifts
  • Represent our team at industry conferences and executive meetups, nurturing existing connections and building new ones
  • Collaborate with the Head of TA to visualize hiring plans and outcomes for executive roles
  • Design tailored engagement tactics — including unique outreach, exclusive experiences, and even custom swag for top-tier targets
  • Play the long game: you know some candidates take months to win over — and that’s part of the thrill.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive search or recruitment for senior leadership roles (C-level / VP) within iGaming industry is a must
  • Previous experience in participating in industry conferences and executive networking events is a must
  • Deep understanding of strategic hiring processes and the specifics of engaging executive-level talent
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with executive candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct talent market research, competitor mapping, and pipeline planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (strong Upper-Intermediate level as minimum)
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using modern recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter
