We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Integrity Specialist to join our team and help build a solid data foundation.

Position Summary:

The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate, consistent, and secure data across all business systems—including POS, inventory, payroll, reservations, vendor management, and marketing platforms. You will work closely with management and department leads to ensure that the data we rely on for decision-making, compliance, and guest experience is trustworthy and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems (POS, inventory, HR/payroll, and customer platforms).

• Validate data entries and correct errors in coordination with relevant departments.

• Develop and enforce data entry standards and protocols.

• Audit systems regularly for inconsistencies or data integrity issues.

• Assist with the implementation and integration of new software or data tools.

• Train team members on best practices for data input and maintenance.

• Support reporting efforts by ensuring source data is clean and consistent.

• Coordinate with IT support or vendors when technical data issues arise.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of experience in a data quality, data management, or administrative role—hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with restaurant management systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Aloha), reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable), and inventory software.

• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and data cleaning techniques.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
