Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate schedules for executives.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
Assist in project management and track progress on various initiatives.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
Support the team in organizing events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are covered.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
