Part-time Graphic Designer

Work Schedule: 20 hours/week

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client's team. In this role, you will take the lead in creating professional visual materials that support our client's branding and communication goals. You’ll also support our client's team with copywriting—such as editing headlines, social media captions, or internal content—and basic data entry tasks to help maintain accuracy across internal documents and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, internal reports, social media posts, and corporate communications.
• Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s visual identity and branding guidelines.
• Write or revise short-form content such as taglines, headers, captions, or summaries for presentations and social media.
• Assist with organizing and entering data into spreadsheets, reports, templates, or marketing tools.
• Prepare and format visual content for internal and external use (e.g., proposals, internal announcements, etc.).
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and industry standards.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer; a portfolio of relevant work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and design consistency.
• Ability to write and edit short-form copy in a clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate tone.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace, and Monday.com.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
