Digital Marketer - Meta Ads and Klaviyo Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Klaviyo email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for launching ad campaigns, managing email flows, tracking performance, and supporting various marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role includes operations, customer support, and administrative tasks to help streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Advertising

• Launch and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns based on provided direction.
• Set up and manage Klaviyo email flows and campaigns (content provided).
• Track performance metrics, build simple reports, and suggest optimizations.
• Support giveaways, product launches, and email campaigns.

Operations Support

• Maintain simple inventory tracking to ensure stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders with factories or suppliers.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer emails with warmth, clarity, and care.
• Create internal FAQs or response templates based on common questions.
• Identify patterns or issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Project & Admin Support

• Assist with one-off tasks or research as needed.
• Help the founder follow through on high-priority initiatives.
• Stay flexible and adapt as the company grows and needs evolve.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Meta Ads experience – You’ve personally built and launched Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns inside Ads Manager (not just boosted posts).
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience – You’ve created flows, campaigns, or segments and know how to use the tool effectively.
• Fluent, clear English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and AI-native – You quickly learn new platforms and use tools like ChatGPT to optimize workflows.
• Initiative-driven – You take ownership and don’t wait to be told twice.

• Timezone availability – Able to attend meetings and calls during US hours (EST).
