Job Description
We’re currently in search of an experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive the expansion of our Regulatory Surveillance solution. This role is ideal for someone eager to drive impact by helping life science companies stay ahead of evolving global requirements, monitor inspection trends, and make better-informed compliance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully own and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation/execution to delivery handoff
- Develop and execute territory/account/opportunity sales strategies
- Analyze and relate our customers’ challenges to Redica’s vision, value propositions, and solutions
- Develop contact lists within targeted segments and maintain an ever-growing pipeline of potential client opportunities
- Report and maintain timely and thorough notes on opportunities in Salesforce.com
- Represent Redica Systems at industry associations and events
- Contribute to Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals while hitting your assigned revenue quota
- Develop deep expertise in the regulatory and compliance landscape
- Become an SME on Redica's products

You’re a consultative seller with deep curiosity about your customer’s business and a track record of success in complex sales environments. You bring an industry-informed point of view and can articulate how Redica’s solutions create value in high-stakes regulatory contexts.

Qualifications
- Proven experience selling into Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or Compliance functions, with a strong preference for those familiar with Regulatory Intelligence solutions
- Strong understanding of regulatory drivers—particularly those related to compliance, inspection readiness, and supplier oversight
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or data analytics solutions
- Familiarity with solution-selling approaches and demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle
- Confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders, from Regulatory Affairs specialists to VP-level decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce and common sales enablement tools
