Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will own the execution of the brand strategy. This means owning 360 campaign execution, managing 3rd party vendors and leading the content arm of the marketing team in order to create content that generates demand and advances our brand.
The human challenges in this role are:
- Leading a team to create meaningful cut-through-the noise content on a regular basis
- Working across the wider Red Door team to ensure our teams and partners are bringing our strategies to life
- Driving the development and execution of a variety of evergreen and “1-off” communication touchpoints with our guests
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring we have frequent and meaningful touchpoints with our guests, leaning into storytelling, testimonials and guest-generated content
- Ensuring all guest-facing content is brand-aligned
- Owning marketing XD relationships and operations rollouts, working across the team to ensure we are aligned with what we are offering to our guests and why
- Overseeing the creative process and ensuring consistent output of creative content moves the needle on revenue, repeat and brand engagement
- Owning new product and location launches from a holistic marketing standpoint
- Owning seasonal and content campaigns
- Owning our local marketing strategy and execution, empowering local ownership with campaigns, tools and support from national
- Own relationships with vendors to ensure quality, brand-aligned execution and continuous improvement
Success:
- Red Door stays top of mind for our guests through a variety of delightful touchpoints that re-enforces our brand and drives repeat.
- Red Door has a local marketing strategy and is walking hand-in-hand with ops to become a top entertainment option in each local market, as shown by increased market share and revenue.
- The internal marketing team is engaged, motivated and inspired to add value for our guests across multiple products and brands.
Details:
- $90-100K base pay with bonus potential
- Benefits
- Hybrid role with 3 days in-person per week
- Travel 10-20% of the time
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with creatives in the creative process
- Can push for creative content, filter through content and be able to give creative direction
- Is highly communicative, organized, and able to ruthlessly prioritize
- Is experienced leading and managing a team of people successfully, ideally of 5+ people for multiple years
- Possesses a baseline of technical expertise, enough to know what it takes to execute across website and digital ad campaigns (not needing to do it themselves)
- Has experience in experiential entertainment and/or brick and mortar retail (not e-commerce)
- Bonus: experience in B2B sales and marketing
