The Senior Director of Distribution Services is responsible for developing and implementing Red Bull Distribution Company's (RBDC) strategic vision for route-to-market and field support functions. In this position, you will ensure that Field Sales teams are fully aligned with RBDC's overarching strategy. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of RBDC and serving as a key member of the RBDC Leadership team, you will provide analysis and recommendations on sales and distribution systems, target setting and measurement, and conduct exploratory analysis.
The Senior Director of Distribution Services manages the integration of Routing, Business Intelligence, Field Support, Merchandising, and special project teams to create a unified, high-performing organization. This role requires someone who is a strategic thinker and change agent capable of driving operational excellence, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable results. The Senior Director of Distribution Services will also be instrumental in shaping RBDC’s long-term distribution strategy, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with global frameworks.
This position is vital to the company's success and demands a leader with exceptional business acumen, a proven history of managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to influence at the highest organizational levels. As a team leader and coach, the Senior Director will empower their team to make impactful decisions based on analysis and help future-proof RBDC’s business as it continues to grow and evolve. Close collaboration with various departments is required, including working closely with the RBNA Vice President of Distribution Services and other headquarters partners, to develop and execute key strategic projects that drive the overall Off-Premise Sales and Distribution strategic goals.

Job Description
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP & ALIGNMENT
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for RBDC Distribution Services, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
As a direct report to the Senior Vice President of RBDC, serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team on all matters related to RBDC routing, business intelligence, merchandising, field support, and special projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership in Sales, Talent, Operations, and Finance to align distribution strategies with broader business initiatives.
Ensure that sales teams' key performance indicators (KPIs) are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to drive in-store execution and volume growth.
Cultivate a culture focused on achieving planned targets by evaluating RBDC performance against KPIs and recommending action plans to address any shortcomings.
Represent the RBDC Distribution Services function in discussions at the executive level, providing insights and recommendations to influence company-wide decisions.
Lead the development of annual and multi-year strategic business plans for RBDC Distribution Services.
DATA-DRIVEN DECISION SUPPORT
Utilize data to guide decision-making by offering actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing performance and field execution.
Ensure strategic decisions are informed by data, optimize processes, and identify opportunities for improvement throughout the distribution network.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of distribution strategies and initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability by clearly communicating and acting upon performance metrics throughout the organization.
Integrate external and internal data sources to provide a holistic understanding of causal effects and actionable recommendations for improvement.
LEADERSHIP, COACHING, AND DEVELOPMENT
Build, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in distribution, field support, or related roles within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience managing team
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
Strong knowledge of distributor management, field executive and sales strategy.
Strong mastery of BI and Analytics technologies and capabilities; CRM Tools and BI tool experience required
Experience working in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) national distribution network and matrixed, global organization is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-performance
Experience gaining alignment across multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI Platforms such as Tableau or Power BI with the ability to perform complex functions within Excel to manipulate and calculate data for analysis
Expertise in project management with strong organization, time management, presentation and multi-tasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $210,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
