Company Description

The RBDC National Project Manager this person is responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies and programs that seek to enhance employee experience, promote company culture and support organizational goals. You will support the RBDC Field Organization via multimedia production and distribution and execution of company events, ultimately igniting the culture of the organization. I this role you work closely with various departments to craft messages and develop national engagement opportunities that resonate and promote a collaborative atmosphere across the company. Additionally, this role will lead project teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of outputs.

Job Description

MEDIA PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION

Build, manage, and execute impactful organization-wide communications strategy.

Create compelling content for internal announcements, digital platforms, internal newsletters, etc.

Collaborate with Heads of Departments, to produce messages and write scripts for all productions for effective communications to organization.

Manage external contractors responsible for final outputs.

Produce internal communication content:

    • Weekly News Update (50)
    • Quarterly News Updates (4)
    • End of Year Video (1)
    • Expansion Video Support (~4)
    • Bi-Weekly Employee Spotlight (26)
    • Monthly Podcast (12)
    • Event Recaps (4+)
    • Ad Hoc

INTERNAL EVENT PRODUCTION

Build, manage, and execute impactful organization-wide event calendar

Lead all production requirements associated with national employee events.

Ignite culture through internal event production and brand activations.

Lead teams through the planning, execution, and after-action reporting of events.

Coordinate support staff for key meetings and events.

Coordinate with RBNA teams to bring the brand to life.

Drive organization-wide efforts to support Red Bull’s charity of choice: Wings for Life.

Produce culture building and effective meetings:

  • Quarterly Meetings (4)
  • Business Planning Workshops (2)
  • RBDC 3X – Region & National (5)
  • End of Year Meeting
  • Wings Award (1)
  • Ad Hoc

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate frequently and closely with RBDC and RBNA internal stakeholders on communications strategies

Drive innovation in media & internal communication tools

Negotiate & manage external contractor’s outputs and efficiency.

Conduct budget reviews with external contractors for after action reporting.

Manage ongoing budget trackers for all meetings in the organization’s event calendar.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or equivalent experience

Minimum 3-year experience in project management

Minimum 3-year experience in internal communications

Experience in media production is considered an asset

Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills

Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter, takes initiative, works well under pressure in tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other office applications

Ability to interface with multiple departments

Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Ability to work effectively in self-directed manner.

Additional Information

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

 

The base salary range for this position is $67,200 to $100,800 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
