The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth. For this key role, we’re seeking a high-performing marketing professional to contribute to our ongoing success by delivering high quality marketing outputs and activities.
As our sole marketer, you will be instrumental in end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of our integrated multi-channel and multi-national marketing and communications strategy. This hands-on role spans the entire marketing lifecycle, encompassing the creation of compelling digital and video content and essential sales tools, through to the management of our multi-language website and email campaigns, the orchestration of PR campaigns, and the successful organisation of events and trade shows requiring culminating proactive relationship building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities Overview
- Plan, budget and deliver an integrated multi-channel and multi-national marketing and communications strategy as our sole marketer.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Managers across 5 European markets to create and execute local communications strategies.
- Run end-to-end multi-national PR campaigns across trade, business and mainstream publications, writing and coordinating text with partners, and strategising press lists.
- Organise open events and demo days at our HQ, including invitation campaigns, practical logistics and presentation content.
- Design and commission trade show stands across European markets, project managing event and campaign related activities, briefing contractors where necessary.
- Produce a busy social media planner, designing and writing content, scheduling posts for maximum engagement.
- Generate basic video edits to showcase our products in action, using your chosen software.
- Conceptualise and coordinate creation of case study videos and project photo shoots, employing, briefing and providing feedback to contractors.
- Run MailChimp email campaigns across 5 languages, including designing content, compiling data and monitoring results.
- Manage the 5-language company website through WordPress, maintaining existing and creating new pages.
- Build engaging sales tools, including pitch decks, fact sheets, white papers and infographics to detail features and benefits of the products.
- Proactively build and consolidate relationships with a range of senior stakeholders, including journalists, media partners, local authorities, customers, commercial partners, investors and policymakers to negotiate collaborative communications activities.
- Monitor results of activities through trackers and report quarterly to our board.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Advanced written and verbal communication, including comprehending and rephrasing complex technical concepts for a range of audiences.
- Use of practical marketing tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, WordPress, MailChimp, or similar substitutes.
- Managing company social media accounts, with proven LinkedIn literacy.
- Confident external relationship management, having built and consolidated relationships with a range of senior external stakeholders.
This person will be/have:
- A self-starter, motivated by working autonomously and assertive in employing collaboration from other teams.
- Robustly organised, able to work to competing budgets and deadlines, and manage a high-traffic inbox.
- An eye for graphic design, phone photography, video editing, and product branding.
- Tenacious copywriting skills, with a vigorous attention to detail.
