EHS Specialists with experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical devices industries. Responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing an organization’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

To perform:

•  Ensure that the company complies with all Occupational Safety regulations.
•  Experience in processing and obtaining work permits related to company operations. For example: permission for welding jobs, work in confined spaces, height work, chemical work, etc.
• Assist in training programs.
• Develop and manage EHS programs, procedures, and work instructions.
• Report any property and equipment damage to immediate supervisor.
• Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a role model for safe personal practices.
• Support development of job hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Observe safety and security procedures. Use equipment and materials properly.

• Bachelor’s degree of Science or Engineering.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Strong knowledge in OSHA and Safety regulations.
